About Us
Scott Lucas Construction has been in the business of improving Charlotte one house at time for twenty years. New kitchens, bathrooms and additions have been our mainstay; though unusual projects help keep things fresh. Along the way we have built gazebos, nightclubs, sandwich shops, playhouses, basketball courts and sod roofed playhouses.
We have systems for estimating, scheduling and building. Our systems are predicated optimizing efficiency and finding a balance between top rate construction practices and pragmatic cost solutions. We like to keep it as simple as possible, but no simpler.
We have no simple system for dealing with individuals. We do have a simple ethic – we do unto you as we would have you do unto us. Fair play is our systems application for dealing with you.
My initial meet with you is free. Estimates are free. Everything else costs something. Everything else, along with how we do things, is explained in Getting Started.
